[TYPO3-content-rendering] css_styled_content menu

Hi Guys and Girl,

The menu is (almost) finished for TYPO3 4.0. Here you can find all
menu's. One or two things still remain I think.

1. The onBlur function. It is a better idea to get rid of this default.
2. the target attribute. I never use it. And always remove it instantly.

What do you think. To me the removal of onBlur is quit obvious.
