I got the same error 2 days ago: seems that the field "TYPO3 Version" is
required now. 
Workaround: choose a TYPO3 version (3.8.0rc1 f.e.) in this field ;-)

This can easily be changed later but for now it's IMO more important that
this bug don't get lost.
