[TYPO3-content-rendering] data[tt_guest] & wrap="virtual" dont validate

anyone got an idea here how to get rid of those errors?

I guess the first one happens in all forms generated by typo3, latter in 
all textareas...got no clue how to remove them except with wolfgang 
klingers stfl_replacer...but there must be a better way I hope
