Some obviously don´t do it so the recommendation of einfach-fuer-alle.de 
is also for list items. But I can´t swear because I don´t know them all.

I am sure some techniques we use today to make websites more accessible 
might be needless in more or less near future because browsers, 
screenreaders and other technologie are improved.
