full ack. this wont work with relative sized elements.

this will probably be my last post here for now as talking is good but 
doing is better ;)

maybe I am wrong but I'll start and try...we will see
I will also target just the newest browser versions (PC IE, PC Moz, PC 
Opera, Mac IE, Mac Safari)
