[TYPO3-content-rendering] accessibility in CSS styled content

Hi,

btw - I forgot to say that please only use the here published versions
of csc for testing!

version which lays the basis for using the table wizard as well.

You can as well switch the p-tag off/on by a single line of TS. Of
course, for an alternative rendering device this is no problem, but I
didn't want to introduce two different flags - one for accessibility and
one for the p-tag. I as well think that a cleaner code means it is also
more accessible.
