[TYPO3-content-rendering] title="" in images

Hi Stefan,

you are right. This "feature" was introduced for consistant display of 
"Tooltips" in IE and Mozilla (IE shows normally the alt-text, Mozilla 
shows normally the title-text of an image).

I also think, a title makes sense only for links. We will see...
