[TYPO3-content-rendering] Valid GMENU with rollover in XHTML 1.0 strict

It should be possible to make rollovers without javascript by only using CSS 
(image as background, rollover-image via a:hover, link on a cleargif). This 
should at least validate and if you write alt-text in the cleargifs it should 
also be accessible.
