[TYPO3-commerce] Do not use TYPO3 4.5.23 with commerce

Hi List,

due a regression in the TYPO3 Core in Version 4.5.23 the session
handling is broken. http://forge.typo3.org/issues/45578

Because TYPO3 is not able to store data in the session you won't be able
to finish an order, thus you would have no turnaround in your shop.

A fix is on it's way and will be part of the next TYPO3 Version:
