[TYPO3-commerce] ERP (Warenwirtschaft)

Hi all,

we want to connect our Shops to an ERP system. I don't have experience
with ERP's so i'm asking you;
has someone experience with ERP systems (Warenwirtschaftssystem) and
commerce? Are there any existing connectors?
And in general - what are good ERP's for small/medium business? I read a
bit about OpenBravo but i fear it is to big for us. I read also about
sql-ledger, but i would prefer something in PHP.
Do you think it is manageable to program a connector for typo3 commerce
(import/export of articles, clients, orders, stock handling ecc.) or is
it wiser to use a shop like Magento with existing connectors?
