[TYPO3-commerce] T3 4.5 and commerce 0.12.7: Problems with Backend

Hi Ingo,

thank you for the fast response.

But i checked out the "tags/0.13.0" and the errors are the same.

After adding the patch http://forge.typo3.org/issues/29113 the error 
with the security token is away. My other error is not so important.

But in the frontend i have problems with two extensions:
- ods_commerce_showattributes: the $templateCode is protected

- sofortueberweisung2commerce: tx_commerce_basket::$basket_sum_gross is 
protected :-|

- paypal2commerce: tx_commerce_basket::$basket_sum_gross is protected :-|

Setting all these variables from "protected" to "public" helps in this 
case, but i think that this is not the finest solution. And i hope that 
there are no side-effects.
