[TYPO3-commerce] finishing order error: Cannot access protected property tx_commerce_basket::$pricefromnet

Hello
i'm getting following error in the Step 4 of the ordering process 
("Schritt 4: Angaben überprüfen" - "AGB gelesen" is set)



Fatal error: Cannot access protected property 
tx_commerce_basket::$pricefromnet in 
/var/www/bodenseekur/htdocs/typo3conf/ext/commerce/pi3/class.tx_commerce_pi3.php 
on line 2377



TYPO3 4.5.1
commerce 0.13.0 (updated manually)
German Tax Rates 1.0.2





I only changed the names of the delivery & payment to german and the 
"prices"


Values set in Constant Editor:
Calculating Method for VAT[plugin.tx_commerce_lib.priceFromNet]
If you Calculate your prices from net please check
[Empty]


Values in Object Browser
[priceFromNet] = 0




Does somebody have an idea why this happen ?
Or should i reinstall commerce ?
