[TYPO3-commerce] Price 19000 can't be saved right

Hi Georg an the list

I can't solve this problem. I made a new fresh Installation with
- Introduction Package 4.5.2
- commerce r45005
- moneylib 1.2.2
- static_info_tables 2.2.0
- dynaflex 1.11.0
- tt_address 2.1.0

Bevore I tried several lower version of the ext moneylib... Nothing helps.

I type in Price gross 19000.00 or 23000.00.
19000.00 => 0.01 in Database
23000.00 => 0.02 in Database

When I set a taxe rate the calculation is from inputet value and resolve 
in this.
Price gross => 0.01
Price net 18811.88

Has somebody the same problem?
