[TYPO3-commerce] delivery costs depending on the total sum?

Hi folks,

I'm searching for a solution, to add extra delivery costs depending on the total sum.
For example, when the total sum is more than 25,- Euro -> no delivery costs; otherwise 2,50 Euro.

I couldn't find this function in the documentation of commerce and I couldn't find a suitable extension either.
Any hints?
