[TYPO3-commerce] caching and commerce

Hi,

Commerce is not that fast especially if you have many products with many
articles. But when the site is cached then it is fast.. But how to make
modifications to products and categories without clearing the whole
commerce cache everytime? Is there a way to clear the cache only for
certain commerce categories / products?
For now we are clearing the whole cache every day at midnight and after
that we let recrawl our site with the crawler extension. But this
doesn't work for single view (or at least i didn't find out how) and
takes much time and server performance. How do you handle commerce and
ceach?
