[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce 0.12.1 and upgrade TYPO3 core from 4.3.x to 4.5.x: mails are send with empty content

Hello,

I just upgraded a Commerce 0.12.1-shop from TYPO3 4.3.x to 4.5.x: mails 
are send with empty content (both HTML and plaintext)...is this a known 
bug? Any pointers?
