real is the same, the reason for this solution i must can display "all 
subcategory-x from Categorie1", but the "all subcategory-x from any" too.

like:

 Categorie1(whiskey)
    undercategorie-x(from french)
    undercategorie-y(from england)
 Categorie2(cognac)
    undercategorie-x(from french)
    undercategorie-y(from england)
 etc

And the Problem ist i can't use the "hersteller"-field, becouse i need a 
look for
"all whiskey from french"
and a look like this
"all french"(whiskey or cognac)

 With this solution i have :
-"categories" with double names
-and i must all give the Products different Categories for the "views"

This is possible. You ca just insert on each site a new commerce plugin.
