[TYPO3-commerce] Variable shipping cost

Thanks, But I needed more power. I've created a real weight based 
variable shipping code extension for commerce trunk. I'll post it as 
soon as I have finished the documentation.

It features:
- extra field in articles for weight in grams
- table with weight-range prices for 3 regions
- configurable free shipping above total price boundary for every region
