[TYPO3-commerce] BasketStoragePid

Hi all,

I know it has been asked before, but at that point no feedback was 
given. I'm in a project that needs two shops in one site. This means the 
   basket has to be divided. Currently this is not possible because the 
BasketStoragePid is set in the Extension Manager.

I'd like move this setting to the config.txt and setup.txt for pi2. 
Please respond on the idea, afterwards I will submit a patch.
