[TYPO3-commerce] scaled prices / basket update

Hi Cyrille, hi Sascha,

thank you very much for the fix. It worked. But its not the ultimate solution since it breaks scaled prices for different usergroups. luckily i dont need that. so for now im happy :)

Hi Mirko,

I'm Stupid!!! I checked it again and it behaved like that because the
prices were already loaded once and I was jumping back and forth. They
actually didn't actualize themselves as I claimed. Sorry for that
useless comment. But I followed the BugFix Sascha Egerer already pointed
out. That did the job - finally! So I think it's really a bug and
setting the no cache function has no influence. Have a nice WE
