[TYPO3-commerce] Error in Category Attributes Tab

Hi List, 

in a new project  I am using Commerce in Version 12.2 with TYPO3 4.4 and facing the problem that the Attribute-Tab in the Category-Edit view just shows the Error
"Data Structure ERROR: No ROOT element found for sheet "sDEF".

It's apperently the same error as described in Bug #3872 ( http://forge.typo3.org/issues/3872 ) but the patch unfortunately didn't fix it.

Could you pleas help me at this point?
