[TYPO3-commerce] 3 level deep menu

Thank you Ingo, for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, i was so stupid enough to alter the current commerce 
version.(We can't create ext/hooks yet!)
So, upgrading to a more recent version is not desirable.

we have fixed all Navigation issues in the latest (SVN) version, try 
upgrading!
