[TYPO3-commerce] Commerce: orders not showing up under Commerce->Orders

Hello!

I found out what the problem was: since I had played around with adding 
an extra field in the billing- and delivery-block:

...

billing.sourceFields.referentie.mandatory = 1

...this caused both the problem with the orders (see below) and also 
caused that the address-data were not displayed in the order-email 
(since I had not completed that exercise: I had not created the 
corresponding markers in the templates...).

Anyway, I am glad I found out and hope it will help someone else!
