[TYPO3-commerce] typo3 4.30 + Commerce 0.9.9 Category Bug

Hi Janosch,

 From experience we know that outside of a flat price there is no such 
thing as a "basic need" when it comes to delivery price calculation, 
point in case we've created the following variations for our costumers;

- Weight based
- Country based  ( incl vat exclusion for non EU countries )
- Service based  ( weekend delivery, UPS, etc )
- Dimension based
- Prices based cut off ( shop for xxx EUR and it's free )
- Items that give free freight if part of an order
- various combinations of the above, etc

It's not really that complex to write them, I'll try to see if I can 
squeese in some time to write a tutorial in soon.
