[TYPO3-commerce] Google Base Export

Hi all,

we are planing to develop a TYPO3 Commerce 2 Google Base exporter. This 
Exporter should use the native Google Base API and should run as TYPO3 
Cron script. We want to go with the Webservice API, since it's more 
stable to us, instead of uploading manually CSV files. Also it's run 
automatically, so no manual upload is needed.

Anyone here, who is also interested in such an extension, so we could 
join forces on it?
