[TYPO3-commerce] commerce debit; am i right?

Hi,

a few more things to test;

* Is the Payment/Delivery articles in stock? ( only relevant if you use 
stock )
* Is the Payment/Delivery article visible to the user ( hidden / 
permissions / etc )
* Which UID does the Payment/Delivery article have? ( repeatedly 
installing commerce can screw this up a bit, they should be < 6 else you 
need to change default values, iirc  )
