[TYPO3-commerce] How to get patches into core

Hi,

since a few days i started my second approach to commerce. Commerce is a 
really nice extension.

But there is one thing, which are a bit annoying:
There are some tiny little patches since weeks on forge, but they find 
not the way to the core.

For example this one:

I know that Ingo and Volker have enough work to do.

But is there some way to get the patches into the commerce core. Will it 
help if the patch is tested by one ore more commerce-users?
