[TYPO3-commerce] Turn off [path] and [mDepth] GET vars?

Hi people,
does anybody of you know how I could turn off the creation of the
tx_commerce_pi1[path] and tx_commerce_pi1[mDepth] (GET variables) by
TypoScript?

By default they are created if you do a listing of categories.
