[TYPO3-commerce] Attributes in value lists are displayed as "Array" instead of showing the attributes value

Hi folks,
after upgrading from 0.99 to SVN trunk 0.11.15 (and passing all those 
database checks, Cache-Deleting and Extension UPDATE! dialogs) the 
system behaves somewhat inconsistent:

1. Some - not all - attributes having a values list  are displayed as 
"Array" instead of showing the value
This can be seen here:

2. Whenever adding an value to an value list I will get a blank column 
and an hour glass. No attributs can be added.

Any hints?
