[TYPO3-commerce] PHONE in address edit

doesn't work! it doesn't show the phone field with this code in my 
template! :-(

But the user should be able to edit the phone too.
And because its a mandatory field -- he must to be able to edit it!
Without the field in the edit form I get an empty phone field after 
saving... !
