[TYPO3-commerce] custom orders: can Commerce do this?

hi everybody

i am looking for the right commerce+typo3 solution to do this:

i have a custom (big) extesnion to allow fe_user to create their "orders"  
(subscriptions to particular events submitting own files).
i need to add the online payment to this.. and since we need also to sell  
other things (like pdf ebooks, magazine subscriptions etc)
i was wandering if Commerce ext can and is mature enough to do this!

can i tell Commerce: create an order with this "description, title,  
amount" for this fe_user?

right now Magento seems to be hard to configure for this.. the other typo3  
shops seem more limited than Commerce

if anybody want to help, i could pay for support!
