[TYPO3-commerce] Can I create new users without sr_feuser_register

Due the fact that there are many problems showing up if you want/need to
create new users with sr_feuser_register I would like to know if there
is a way to create new users (*without* to buy something) in commerce
version 0.11.9 ?
