[TYPO3-commerce] Validation before checkout!

Hi Idar,

Michiel wrote a wiki article on how to use commerce hooks. Using those 
hooks you can add a step in your checkout process that counts the number 
of bottles in the cart. I it fails your criteria it should drop an error 
and return to the shop. Perhaps you can insert it as first step. But, if 
I remember correctly, you can't add steps at all places...
