[TYPO3-commerce] Problem with Checkout after Changes in Basket

Hi,

commerce 0.9.8
typo3 4.2.6

my problem with commerce is:

I have two different delivery costs

1. below 40 Euros delivery = 5 Euros
2. above 40 Euros delivery = 0 Euros

If some is in the checkout process  with a sum below 40 Euros and goes  
back to the
Shop, put something in the basket and the sum is above 40 Euros, the  
delivery
costs in the basket view are 0 Euros, but when he proceed the checkout,

insert address

and  on the last page of the checkout process the delivery costs are 5  
Euros.

Is there a way to force an update to the basket before the checkout  
without pressing the update basket button?
