[TYPO3-commerce] Using of tt_address outside the shop

Hi,

in my project I want use tt_address outside the shop, but inside the 
editors area. There is a representative/agent network.

If I create a sysfolder with a new address_group ud create a new 
address, choose the new group (agents) then the selection  adresss-Type 
  delivery/billing appears.

But I need a group outside …
How can I do?
