[TYPO3-commerce] Icons of attribute values

Hey Pascal,

While the patch may not have been applied, the functionality of icons 
was added at the developer meet up back in Nov '08 by Sascha - now I 
don't use this feature my self but I am fairly sure that it exists in 
the SVN code. As I recall it's tided to the "icon mode" check box on 
attributes.
