[TYPO3-commerce] Does commerce need more than 64M memory?

Hmpf.. seems that the extension fe_attr_commerce needs an extrem high 
memory_limit.. for 124 articles 160M.. for 200 >160M
Not very useful :-(

Has anyone a better tool to select a lot of articles (attributes) easy?
