[TYPO3-commerce] Manage Reference Index Problem

Hello List,

got a problem with "Manage Reference Index". If I call "Database  
Relations" it shows me several missing or deleted records.

If I'm trying to call "Manage Reference Index" and try to update the  
Reference Index I got a timeout. Due to the fact that I'm on my root  
server I called the shell script which now runs for over 6hours. Due  
to the fact that normally the execution of the update runs very fast -  
I'm not sure whether I did something wrong.

Any Ideas?
