[TYPO3-commerce] Add a user field just for billing address

Hallo Barbara,

I had to solve the same problem last year or two years ago.
And I think I posted a solution for this either in this list or in the 
bug tracker as feature wish.
So it probably didn't make it way into the release yet.

Actually you need to address seperate templates for billing and delivery 
where there is only one general at the moment.
My solution was to modify only two lines in the script calling the 
templates so templates are called by condition.
