[TYPO3-commerce] price calculated *1000

Thanks a lot for that hint!
I did not use coupons, actually I didn't use any other commerce 
extension than the ones it needs.

Nevertheless I uninstalled all plugins that I had, and at least I found 
out that date2cal makes troubles (see another mail on the list).

After that I could not recreate the error behaviour of multiplying 
everything *100.

Fazit: Right now it works!
