[TYPO3-commerce] commerce & other plgIns: date2cal 0.7.1

Hi,

Maybe such a list exists already somewhere, but to be honest - I didn't 
look yet.

I found out the following incompatibilities of commerce and other PlugIns:

1. SITUATION: Blank Screen
Add a price to an article ("Neu anlegen Artikelpreise") -> what follows 
is a blank screen

In my case it was the date2cal 0.7.1 extension (which threw a prototype 
error in IE8)
