[TYPO3-commerce] Quick fix for problem with category tree in 0.9.8

Hi

I have an installation with commerce 0.9.8 and have discovered an error 
when you use the "save and create new" category feature. On some point 
the parent category is lost.

I know this is fixed in latest version, but I really want to continue 
with this version, since the new one have some other issues.

Is there a quick fix/patch for this issue for this version?
