[TYPO3-commerce] Prizes in simple Modus

Hi,

as Admin all is fine.

But: if I work as category admin with restricted rights, then the 
entered prize will shown in BE and FE multiplied with 100.

Example: If I put 23 € as brutto, then after saving in the head is 
reading 2300.00 €. The same wrong prize is also in FE.

Any ideas?

my version: 0.11.10 at 4.2.28
