[TYPO3-commerce] checkout empty - basket refresh issue???

Hello,

I've tx_commerce 0.11.15 and a problem with checkout:

putting products in basket works fine but if I want to go to the next 
step checkout with the link in the basket the checkout page which should 
only be shown when the checkout is empty is shown.

But if I refresh the basket before clicking the link to checkout, the 
checkout page is shown correct. Any hints?
