[TYPO3-commerce] Fatal error when creating categories

Speaking of which - quite often during install on a fresh typo3 server 
TER will offer you 0.1.3 or 0.2.0 - you have to repeatedly search to get 
the right version - so it would apear that some mirrors are very much 
out of sync
