[TYPO3-commerce] cookie-check in commerce

Hi,


if a visitor on a commerce shop has switched of cookie support in his 
browser, the checkout will show the "empty checkout page".

Is there a cookie check / cookie detection, that can determine whether 
there are no articles (really empty basket or checkout) or if there's no 
cookie support in the visitor's browser?


If not, did anyone insert this already in a commerce shop?
