Hello Bas,
I have tried to understand the source of your problem, but I didn't find.

Your Ts seems ok... actually it IS ok because I have tested it. I have 
replaced my TS by yours, and all languages are showing up correctly. At 
least we can say that your TS is NOT the problem.

I have also looked at your language config that you have posted on the 
bugtracker, but it seems ok too.

So huh sorry, but I'm lost.
All I can propose you is to have a look at your installation via a 
temporary access, but I think Ingo already proposed you that.

Didn't find the solution yet, but at least we know your catmenu TS is ok.
