[TYPO3-commerce] BASKET_LASTPRODUCTURL and other things

quit new to commerce, almost done in the setup phase, just a couple off
newbie question.

###BASKET_LASTPRODUCTURL### in the  basket template, why should a user
have to login to get the link back?
this line 458 in pi2:
  $basketArray['###BASKET_LASTPRODUCTURL###'] =
$this->cObj->stdWrap($GLOBALS["TSFE"]->fe_user->getKey('ses','tx_commerce_lastproducturl'),$this->conf['lastProduct']);;

Is there a admin module that i cant find, beside the "orders" in the BE?

How can i style the checkoutsteps, i want pictures instead off text links?
