[TYPO3-commerce] RFC #2321: Bug: Default payment article not considered

Problem:
Default payment article is not used when no payment is selected. It is 
only used in the payment select box generation which leads to problems 
if a user goes directly to the checkout after login without refreshing 
the basket.

Solution:
Check payment article in basket class.

Notes:
We tested it and created a clean patch to the trunk.
