[TYPO3-commerce] T3X_commerce-latest-*.t3x - how to get the latest version of commerce?

Hi there,

some weeks ago we could download a "nightly build" of commerce.
The whole extension as a t3x file. It was very easy to follow the versions.
Is a nightly build still available?
